About us
We are Siclen Studio–an independent board game developer run by a group of friends located all over the world.

We craft engaging and high-quality games, each set in a unique universe full of charm and soul. Even though we officially became a studio in 2023, we've been making games together for 4 years now.
This was the year when a group of friends who were also designers, artists, and linguists came together looking for professional and creative self-expression.

We found both in creating little worlds and universes! Our ideas merged into an entire sci-fi universe, which became home to our first board game concepts. One of the concepts we designed at that time turned into our first public project: Cosmic Chains.

Our Story
“Siclen” in our name refers to the fictional IT corporation Siclen Engines – the biggest company in one of our sci-fi worlds with an HQ in the Earth orbit.

We thought it would be fun to dedicate a part of our name to the project that brought us together. This name also turned out to be quite ironic as we are the complete opposite of a large corporation.

We launched our first official Kickstarter campaign as Siclen Studio and were funded in 18 hours.

At Siclen Studio, we are a team of true friends scattered all over the globe: Argentina, Indonesia, Poland, Serbia, Montenegro, Denmark and the USA.
One day we hope to have our own office, but for now, all our processes are structured to make the remote collaboration smooth and allow us to playtest our game offline in different corners of the world.
